1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email or message once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a few additional days.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link or AWB number via WhatsApp, email, or SMS so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on select products and offers.
For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Any additional delivery charges (for special locations or heavy items) will be communicated before dispatch
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can:
Track it using the tracking link provided in your message or email.
Contact our customer support if you face any tracking or delivery issues.
5. Delays in Delivery
We always aim for timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to:
* Unforeseen weather conditions
* Courier or logistic delays
* High order volumes during festive seasons
* Remote area service limitations
We’ll keep you informed and do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing an order.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
In case of non-delivery or lost parcels, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it with the courier partner.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:
* Take clear photos or videos of the package and items received.
* Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the details.
* We’ll investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Nullift ships only within India.
We’re working on expanding international shipping soon!
